Billing Engineer - Civil

Look After Overall Site Matters Including Our Running Bills, Including Layouts, Vendor Management, Sub Contractor Billing, Quality And Progress Of Site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing and Invoicing:
• Prepare and verify project billing details, including quantities, rates, and work completed for civil engineering projects.
• Generate accurate and timely invoices based on measurements and work progress, in line with contract agreements.
• Ensure that all bills are issued in accordance with the project scope, contractual terms, and company policies.
• Project Documentation:
• Review project specifications, contracts, and scope of work to ensure that billing is in compliance with the terms and conditions.
• Maintain and organize detailed records of work completed, measurements, and variations.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to collect necessary data for billing purposes.
• Reconciliation and Variations:
• Perform regular reconciliations of billed amounts with actual work completed on-site.
• Prepare and document variation orders, ensuring that any changes in scope, design, or execution are reflected in the billing.
• Handle disputes or discrepancies regarding billing, offering resolutions and updates as necessary.
• Cost Control and Reporting:
• Monitor the cost of materials, labor, and subcontractors to ensure that the project stays within budget.
• Track and report on the financial progress of projects, including forecasting and analyzing any potential overruns or delays.
