Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Reports To: Sales / Marketing - Department Head

Job Overview: Provide back-office support to overall sales & marketing activities of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execute and process customer orders in the template and in the ERP and forward the same to the plant
• Coordinate with QC and design team for the product development and sampling
• Coordinate with production, Logistics team for the shipment of the customer orders
• Assist logistics and accounts team in export documentation and compliance requirements
• Prepare costing and send quotations to the customers on day to day basis
• Attend to customers usual technical queries with the help of plant
• Coordinate with the customers on the status of sampling, product development and shipments
• Maintain orders and shipments records MIS reports and update management with any data as and when needed
• Follow up with the customers for payments and any concerned discussions
• Any other misc. activities for the marketing of the company's products as the need arises.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree is a must with Diploma in either Business Management or Sales and Marketing Management or Import / Export Management.

Other Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years experience as a Sales Coordinator in manufacturing industry
• Experience in plastic industry shall be an advantage but not necessary
• Good written and spoken English
• Previous experience on SAP shall be an advantage
• Ready to work outside office hours in case of urgent matters
