About The Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to achieve operational excellence.

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth running of the facility

Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally

Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Manage staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently

Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance

Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations

Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics

Implement and monitor quality control procedures

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Superb organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in handling emergency situations and conflict resolution

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices

Familiarity with property management systems and relevant software

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages such as Kannada and Hindi is a plus

Understanding of local regulations and safety standards

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving operational targets
