Duty Manager

About The Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth communication between departments. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing guest safety and operational efficiency.

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments deliver exceptional service

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Perform night audit procedures and generate required business reports

Initiate and maintain effective communication between different departments

Support the Front Office team and other departments as needed

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures

Monitor employee productivity and create a positive work environment

Conduct regular meetings with upper management to discuss organizational changes and improvements

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Adapt to the local culture and customs of Visakhapatnam to enhance guest experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in hotel management software and night audit procedures

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
