Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.- Manage project resources and stakeholders effectively.- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the specified time frame. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project resources effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 Years continuous education is required.
