Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll programs and projects, ensuring adherence to standard tools, methodologies, and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of program and project outcomes.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of program and project outcomes.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, on program and project progress, risks, and issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to program and project management. Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
