Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day involves overseeing project implementation, utilizing method, tools, training, and assets to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead project implementation with efficiency

Ensure project delivery meets quality standards

Mentor and guide team members for professional growth
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ

Strong understanding of identity and access management

Experience in implementing security solutions

Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations

Hands-on experience in security project management
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ

This position is based at our Chennai office
