Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team, making key decisions, and collaborating with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve overseeing project implementation, engaging with various teams, and contributing to key decisions to ensure successful project delivery. SailPoint IdentityIQ, flex on skills Oracle, IBM & Saviynt IAM
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects

Leverage global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets)

Oversee project implementation and ensure successful delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow

Strong understanding of security services implementation

Experience in managing and delivering security projects

Knowledge of global delivery methods, tools, and assets

Experience with security services tools and technologies
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
