Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please write your Resume very carefully ,whatever activities you have done in your project and how you plan your upgrade activities, daily activities and your eager to learn new things. You should be well aware of all the basics why we do such and such things and the issues you face while performing any activity and how you resolved it.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had two technical rounds which I cleared and both of them was around more than hours discussion. After that I attended HR round with salary negotiation but after one month waiting HR told me that project is on hold. This happened to me second time with Capgemini. I am not sure but if big MNC companies should check the requirement first and then schedule interview accordingly instead of wasting candidates time.
