Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. While giving any interview, you should first read and understand what the company is about, how it operates, which market it serves and, values that are created by top management. This is very important to create a base for your interview.
2. Write a nice introduction for yourself. This has to be something that is not present in your CV. It must define you as a personality/as an individual. Do not copy it from web pages, because you know yourself better than the internet. Introspect yourself, analyze your behaviour, put your strengths and all the points that give answers to the interviewer about why should he/she hire you.
3. Be sound and have a sense of what you are speaking. Do not over-promise and try to cover your faults, instead accept your mistakes and compensate them if possible. Also, reflect the learnings of your subjects read.
4. Have a good conversation with the interviewer without any hesitation. This is the only time when you can convince them to hire you.
5. Use good proverbs that fit as per the situation. This enhances the interviewer's interest during the conversation with you.
6. Also, back your skills, abilities, strengths, and whatever is being showcased; with examples from your past experiences. For example- you may give an example of an event where you played a key role in whatever you are placing.
7. Answer confidently and with a smiling face.
