Experience: About interaction of the previous experience, Knowledge and Behaviour of the person.
Tips: We must be able to Impress the Management about our Past acheivements and other information if any.


Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I was interviewed by the Vice President of the company, who is very competen in Sales, Marketing and the Administration. I have explained all his questions in a positive manner.
Tips: As regard to salary and other allowances were declared by the V.P. Sir only.


Round: Final Round was assigned to CEO.
Experience: The CEO, who was directly interacting with the Team. He is the Immediate Boss to be Reported by the Team. B.M.

Experience: I had collected the offer Letter from H.R. and confirmed the same, subsequently Reported to CEO Located at Secunderabad. He had given the ouline of the Responsibilities and advised to go to the work place at Vishakhapatnam. I had been there and Reported to The Branch.
