Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was great and I quite liked it because the interviewer was very polite and understanding. If I was having any doubt or was not able to understand the question she was repeating it again. Some questions were difficult but not that much that we cannot answer them. Just a piece of advice that one should stay calm and understand the properly to answer them
