Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This process applies to any company and not only TCS. To summarize,
1. Honesty and clarity of thoughts is absolutely paramount. Why are you looking for job change, what sort of role you are looking for, what is your priority in terms of salary/onsite vs desired role technology etc. Alll the thinking behind these questions is absolutely clear.
2. Need not have experience in all associated technical fields. But detailed experience in one technical field is always preferred.
3. Its ok to say i dont know. Try to provide mitigation plan or your thought process when you dont know the straight answer. Make sure to tell like this - i dont know the answer but i believe....
4. Have summary answers created for obvious questions. If possible read them to your colleagues and seniors. Their perspective will tell you if these answers are precise or not. Practise speaking these answers sp that you wil appear confident in front of interviewers.
5. Finally have fun and keep your kearning recepeters on. Interview is two way process, while interviewer understands your competencies and strength you learn about company's position, quality and knowledge of interviewers. All this will help you to decide on your dream jobs.
