Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One situation based question may also be asked by Operational Manager, I would suggest to be confident and prepare well about telecommunication and know well about Ericsson, their working ways, and on which technology they are working on.
The interview was more of technical one but they also test your communication skills. My interview was lasted 25-30 min only, there were 3 rounds. It was my first offcampus interview as a fresher. Go through the job description thoroughly as they may ask that what do you understand about your job role mentioned in your interview mail.
