Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There will not be any face to face rount , only u have to pass the coding round

Round: Test
Experience: The first round will be a paper pen test. You will be given a single program mostly in strings,arrays concept and you can write in any language.

Round: Training
Experience: Once you clear the programmIng test, there will be 3 days training in C#.net where you have to complete programs based on scenarios. If you complete more programs, then sure you will get into the company.

General Tips: Be prepared on arrays, and strings. It is the very easiest interview process. You can surely crack it. There are no technical rounds, HR, group discussion. Only 1 programming test which gives you job.
Skills: Body Language, Problem Solving, Time Management
Duration: 1-3 Months

Round: Test case writting
Experience: They will give a scenario or some questions and you will be asked to wright test cases for it. Example test cases for testing a calculator etc..
Tips: Try to write more test cases

Round: Training
Experience: your will have a 3 days of training session in and at the end some test will be conducted. You will be short listed base on your whole 3 days assessment.
Tips: Be attentive. Try to answer the questions during session and be positive so that trainer remembers you.
