Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My overall experience was very good as an artist it’s a good organisation you can start with, now company is offering good packages due to their tie up with a well known brand, when it comes to environment if you are joining on a higher level make sure you join at your risk as production manager (abhinav Tuknait) is a very rude and bossy person, he can question your education and production coordinator is junior to abhinav she checks higher management slack as she has access to it, she carries her own attitude and these two people have created a toxic environment, due to which they ruins image of the other person sitting in a higher management. So stay away from these people. HR manager is of no use she doesn’t even know her roles and responsibilities, not at all families of employee rights and labour laws.
