Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview was mostly based on resume.Be clear with every small topic mentioned in the resume. After discussing few projects from my resume they asked me few behavioural questions, try answering the behavioural questions in star based approach. There were 4 recruiters in my panel one person was from Singapore office,2 from Bangalore and 1 from Mumbai.Everyone asked me few questions and they really looked into every small detail right from ur dressing style to the way you handled the situation.Do a good research about the company before going to interview it helped me a lot to crack the interview as we discussed what was recent collaborations of ExxonMobil in national wise and international wise visit the company website and have a better understanding about what excatly the company is doing.work on your communication skills as it is one of the most important factor they look in their candidate.Coming to core they haven't really asked me anything from core subjects as it was a management role but be prepared with any two of ur favourite subjects, heat transfer and fluids will be a good option. Results were announced right after all the interviews by evening and they selected 3 candidates.Overall it was a great experience for me all the recruiters were really friendly.I wish you all the best for ur placements

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Consider applying to TechnipFMC only if you are fully committed to a career-focused lifestyle. The company does provide opportunities if you can demonstrate that your work is valuable or worthwhile. However, simply working hard may not guarantee appreciation, and you could potentially end up with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Managers are evaluated annually, and a significant number may be let go, resulting in a lack of job security for higher positions.
