Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Resume was asked for in the beginning of the Selection Procedure

Round: Test
Experience: The written test had questions from verbal ability, quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning. Besides this there were also some core field related questions related to my academics in college. The level of difficulty was a little on the higher side. They wanted people with ability to think logically.
Also as part of the written test we were asked to write an essay on the topic – “Your favorite travel destination”

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The interview round began with quantitative case based questions. The first was a guesstimate case: How many people in India have smart phones?

The second case was: how many admission forms do you expect to be submitted in your college next year?

There was a long discussion about Google and its products. This was followed by a discussion on the working of Google Ad words.

I would advise people to know a lot more about Google rather just knowing about Google search, Gmail and Youtube. I would recommend you to know about other Google products which are not so famous but have very selected crowd who uses them.
