Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I gave interview at Halma India Bangalore HO. I completed till final round. 1st two were HR rounds, 3rd was with Director Finance, 4th was on-line assessment and final round was with MD, Director HR and again Director Finance. In all the rounds every one was asking same too personal questions which was no were related to job like what was my parents qualification, what is the age gap between my siblings, in which school/college they studies, why they change their schools and many more. The doubtful part was every interviewer were making the notes of all my personal information from HR to Director Finance to Director HR to MD. 1st round was 45 mins, 2nd round was One and half hours, 3rd round with Director Finance was for 3hours and final round with MD and Directors was for one and half hours. Looks like everyone are too free. Its a horrible experience. Multiple time they were changing the interview timing. Looks like they already have someone but just following the company protocol. Useless people of Halma India. Its is just waste of time and a mental torture. All irrelevant and toooo personal questions which they are not supposed to ask. They are not interested in knowing how technically you are in your subject and work area.
