Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: its just a bit of luck needed for this round. the main thing is that your Resume has been viewed by them and then only you are shortlisted. unless until they got an eye on your resume, you can't be selected. Sometimes its a hard luck that your resume is not selected but by fellow readers, don't loose your heart, try try until you fly.
Tips: your resume should be to the point and try to finish it in just 2 pages. Just show the juices in you, not the hard-work work behind them. Its not the right place. "Brag" as much as you can but but ..... I am stressing on But, brag about that only about which you know completely. always remember that, Judges behavior always depends on your resume. Their Questioning will be completely related to the stuff you have tried to mention in your Resume. So always mention those things only about whom you can give the details.
