Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They took interview just for sake of gathering information and business strategy. They took interview for period of almost three (3) months starting 1st round with virtual discussion with there director (Karthik jagadheesan) then 2nd round with HR head (Nisha Bandari) almost one (1) month later to previous round held, then next with there CEO (jonathan peng) almost one (1) month later to previous round held. Then finally ended up with no response to call & mails. Please don't waste your time seeking opportunity from this unprofessional & unethical organization which are said to be MNC's just for sake of name.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
