Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Yesterday (29/01/2025) I went to this company for interview, In Feb I'll be having 2yrs of experience in customer experience, The hr Sumeeda called me and asked me to talk about myself.. and i started talking and also said that I have a backlog and she immediately said they want only graduates .. and she said to get back when I graduate..
So here the thing.. in the job listings in naukri it clearly says they don't need graduates in the requirements section.. and also I spent 500rs on cab to travel from my home to this nonsense company ,you can do Google search from kamakshipalya to tin factory (19.5km) I took cab so that I can be there in time ..just to hear that they need graduates.. and you know wts more interesting one of my friend who took interview, he was not graduate as well , he had a backlog too , however he was allowed to take all the rounds of interview, while I was just said get back when I graduate.. seriously.. this is so inhumane, I just walked away before I can loose myself.. and while coming back I buyed a bus pass of 80rs coz I already spent 500 to reach this office, i .. i really felt so bad 😞 ... No one should be treated like this .. and when I sent the hr the screenshot about the requirements...she have seen the screenshot, but no reply at all ...even yesterday too when I asked her about the timings of the interview.. she didn't reply anything.. this is your red flag guys stay away from this company... I wasted my whole day because of this nonsense... don't loose your time ..
