This time he was satisfied and then he asked me if you were appointed in maintenance and u have to motivate your subordinates ,how will u motivate them? I answered it perfectly by applying the concept of industrial engineering. Then last question is ,Do u want to ask any question? I visited reliance website and i was prepare for that question so i asked about ongoing project of reliance industries. This was all about 50 minutes.
