Round 1 - No round only random calls 

(3 Questions)

  • Q1. Round 1 how many Submissions, how many closures, how many calls
  • Q2. Round 2 how many submissions, how many closures, how many calls
  • Q3. Round 3 Unofficial call Questions: How many subs, closures, calls (Cause they don't maintain a record of things asked during those 2 rounds, even though the questions were the same

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Recruiting involves engaging with candidates and keeping them informed throughout the process. However, in this scenario we find ourselves in the position of needing to request feedback from them, even though we may never receive a response.

Process of interview:
How do they schedule interview?
They randomly contact you, asking if you are available for next hour, conduct first round, and then they will never follow up for a week or two. (After asking for feedback the response i received was, "We need time for this week, we will let you know by next week").

In my case it's been a month and I've reached a point where I've had enough. I asked for a response, and the reply i received was, "We have passed on your profile for now, thanks!"

The reason for this feedback is that i find myself in a situation where i need to work remotely from home due to a medical emergency. I even mentioned this during the 1st email & 1st round of interview, but despite that they didn't respond to me properly.

Regarding my work experience and why i believe I'm capable for this position:
I'm currently working on similar requirements in my current position, i have successfully placed over 35+ candidate throughout my experience and recognized as the highest revenue generator of entire year 2022 within our team of 18 members.

I've never neglected to provide feedback to a candidate, whether positive or negative. Giving feedback is essential, as it reflects the quality of work you do.
