Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The lengthy seating interview was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM, but my interview actually commenced at 6:30 PM. Candidates had already been selected, and the interviews seemed more for entertainment than for their value. It is advisable to avoid such interviews, as they tend to waste time; I encountered two interviews that lasted between 3 to 4 hours each. The CFO was impressed with my experience; however, he expressed doubt about my claims and insisted that I contact my current manager to verify my profile. I found it perplexing that they pressured me to reach out to my current manager without having an appointment letter.
