Try to make the interview as conversational as possible. You haven't applied for IAS. Make the interviewer believe in you. Be honest.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: I sent my resume/CV to the HR department and I received a mail that I got shortlisted for the internship.
Tips: Update your CV regularly and irrelevant information should be avoided.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: I was a little nervous considering the fact that the company is huge but little did I know, there was nothing to be nervous about. The process was simple and the interviewers were very calm and composed.
Tips: Be honest and confident. If you're unable to comprehend a question, be polite and ask again.
Skills: Commitment, Common Sense, Communication, Team Player, Ability To Be Involved In Hands On Work, Ability To Express Your Ideas, honesty

Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: Was made to work on a customer analytics case study and was expected to demonstrate my data handling skills and insight generation expertise.
Also the presentation skills were given a lot of importance
Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: The MD of the analytics wing interviewed me and explained my roles n responsibilities in detail followed by finalizing the compensation with the HR who joined in later

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
