Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - To start with my background, i have a good number of experience with some of the top notch MNC’s. It was two months back i had an opportunity to sit for an interview with Novonordisk. The panel was highly disrespectful, insulting and very egoistic who neither knows on how to lead an interview.
It was Ashwini K and Yukti Agarwal who took my interview. I felt them intentionally trying to bully and insult me for each point that i speak right from the beginning of the interview. These happened once they got to know of my salary expectation, which was a standard 35% of my CCTC, which was agreed by the HR before the call was scheduled. The interview didn’t start with any kind of formal introduction from their side, instead the first point they started with asking my CCTC and my ECTC post which the insulting session started.
I wouldn’t suggest anyone reading this to sit for an interview with Novo Nordisk if its with the same panel. Questions asked was very irrelevant to the role and it felt very intentional. I would especially like to highlight Ashwini K’s behaviour to be very casual and unprofessional, and her knowledge is very limited.
I am glad that i have withdrawn myself in advance than proceeding further with my candidature with Novonordisk as i believe currently i am in a much better place than being in a company that doesn’t know to respect its people.
