  • Q1. Regression Co-relation What ratios would u consider before giving loan Which loan is riskier home loan ,personal loan,credit card loan,car loan Some resume based questions
  • Ans. 

    Before giving a loan, ratios such as debt-to-income, loan-to-value, and credit score should be considered. Home loans are generally less risky than credit card loans.

    • Debt-to-income ratio should be less than 43%

    • Loan-to-value ratio should be less than 80%

    • Credit score should be above 650

    • Home loans are less risky than credit card loans
