Metacube Software Interview Questions, Process, and Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Resume was shortlisted and the current CTC as well as the expected CTC was also told to the metacube HR and based on all the factors they shortlisted the resume and called for interview process

Round: Test
Experience: Test was regarding writing of test cases on 3- 4 scenarios

General Tips: After that day, I got call back almost after 6 days and they said I got shortlisted and asked me for my payslips and last increment letter.
After that till 2 weeks HR dint get back to me and whenever I tried to reach him via phone , he keeps on saying will let you know by tomorrow but that tomorrow never came for him.
I even dropped 3 emails to him regarding update but there also he dint even replied nor acknowledged any email.

After that when I kind of escalated that thing to one of the senior member of company regarding the HR's behaviour. I did get a call from HR same day by evening and then as per expected he said that I am over budget and that by a huge difference of around 2.2 lakhs.
Now just imagine my package was already known to them earlier to the process and based on that they only shortlisted me, but if they were not having that much budget then why the hell did they called me.
This is completely ridiculous and non professional behaviour from the metacube side.
Earlier the company was in good books for me and that is the reason I applied 3 times in that company but now I am done with this company because they just simply lie.
