Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - General tips: If i clear first 2 round and goes into manager round where they did not ask any relavant question about the ui ux assignment .I have tried to provide my best shot including a entire case study followed by design thinking process.

I request to the HR team and Panel to mention clearly what specific requirement you want weather you want a HTML developer or UI design In my case its clearly mention a "UI Designer" who will take care all the UI UX related part not for the "HTML" one and if you got select a candidate please do not take it forward if "the requirement" does not matched on initial stage. because when it comes to assignment part it will take lot of time and effort to create that. Thanks...
