As soon as i tried being nervous they would come up on top of me, the stage i decided to be aggressive they started thinking about me. The only mantra i have to crack any interview in the world is Always dominate the interviewers and show your worth instead of being nervous you're not gonna get in anyway because there would be number of other candidates waiting outside to get their chance. so Always be confident of dad, positive and show the dominating personality, eye coordination vs interviewer, do not argue when i used the word "dominate" Instead show your attributes to the HR why you're the best person to hold this position and give them opportunity to think they should not let you go, i would be harsh but do not grin or smile at interviewer instead be serious and high elbow with your answers (it might be just my opinion may not sit with everyone else) because to me, smiling and grinning takes your standard downwards and make you look like you're "needy" for a job which is not upto my way to go, I'd rather be calm and composed with my attitude and answer things than pleasing the interviewer here's few things to keep in mind that actually helped me to crack 9 out of 10 interviews.
1) Be aggressive but confident against interviewer.
2) Always dominate every question after being asked to you and make it look like a simple deal to you.
3) Keep it simple and punctuate answers make it look like a small deal the interviewers want to check your confidence level.
4) Do not use the words "yep" "Awh" or sound brit, fake accent but yes you can make it look natural accent (remember most of the interviewers wants to admire your english so if you good to make your accent look natural then you have a great chance to crack the interview)
5) Communication is the best way to crack any interview even though you lack other skills so always show the interviewer you've got the best communication in town(This is my favourite skill and i cracked almost all the interviews with my communication)
6) Important advice, do not ever cross question to the interviewer even if you have one over anything or bully them, remember they're the individuals to hire you so equally respect is so important.
7) Do not try to over react or look like the organization that you're applying is a God to you, some interviews do not like fake or chopped words they want you to be realistic and simple. (Depends though, you have to figure out the interviewers nature on this one, some likes you to admire the organization and some not so be wise. you've to figure out the interviewers nature on this)
8) Avoid personal conversation or bad conversation about your past companies, The HR might think you be the same way for their organization as soon as you live them and you might point out in "Behavioural HR policy".
9) Let the HR speak do not jumble the words while they speak to you it would make a mess out of you both, give them the space to speak first then you take your time to answer, avoid extra or unnecessary conversation.
10) Last but not least, when you sit on chair, there would be a way to sit, i would like to sit the same way i prefer sitting being confident rather sitting like a bird, remember this is one another "confidence level" HR figure out so sit relaxed and high back with straight head looking like a pro active person.
All the very best for your future!
