Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I worked the company past 1 yr I'm extremely disappointed with the way my settlement salary was handled. Despite working for 45 days, I was only paid for 30 days. When I called HR to clarify, I was told that the 'paper period' only covered 30 days. I was not given a satisfactory explanation for the remaining 15 days. Furthermore, the HR representative was dismissive and cut the call abruptly, which I found disrespectful. I hope the company will investigate this matter and provide a more professional and respectful experience for employees." Unfortunately, I experienced disrespectful treatment during my tenure at the company. Despite my commitment and hard work, I felt undervalued and disrespected. I hope the company will take steps to improve its culture and treat employees with dignity." I'm concerned about the company's leave policy and its impact on employees. During my tenure, I experienced Team Leads targeting employees for not providing leaves, and even scolding them for taking extra leave. Furthermore, during natural disasters like floods, the company did not provide adequate leave support, affecting employees who were impacted. I hope the company will review its leave policy and provide more support to employees during difficult times."
