Payment hike is very good and in time comes to your account but politics is there, boss is ok in guwahati office and supportive, be careful with your colleague who are working in the same position of yours watching other territory, they will be at your back trying to find a loop hole and complaint against you....in a political manner....beware my friends....and best of luck for future interview..... overall company is truly good.
