They pay so less or they even don't pay you your monthly salary despite of all your work. They are least experienced ones in the industry. Unfortunately, many such heads in the fashion industry are horribly running their personal brands with zero knowledge, and just on the basis of their money and financial status. We people are not supposed to be exploited at any cost. We work hard everyday to set unique ideas in the industry.
