Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Stay away from this company Kyndryl. Not at all worth. One person has to do 3 people work. Company policy and way of doing things is really worst and their ERP tool has so many issues from 2 years and it's not getting solved and everything is to be done manually. Top management people draw free salary by doing nothing and people under them at the bottom of the pyramid do all the work. Not at all worth working at this company. No job security or work life balance now. They don't have funds and they don't pay their suppliers and they get to the buyers and ask them for payments and buyers say this and that. Those hectic situations are also handled by buyers only. There are so many PO issues, invoice payment issues and invoice rejections. Everything to be done by the buyer and nothing is done by Accounts payable. Strategic part is so less that everything is just operational issues solving. If planning to join this company, then my suggestion is please stay away and you will thank me. No promotion from 3-4 years inspite of being a top performer and doing 3 people job. Hike is around 5-8% max on yearly basis for working so much and performing so well. If you ask for permission or good hike they say we cannot give you and you can look for a job outside. You can get to bench anytime. Their contacts with customers are not getting renewed due to poor performance in previous year or term so their customers are going with others and due to that many people are on bench. Worst company. No vision, nothing. They are lost. Top management cares for only big fat salary and normal employees just over work and get exhausted and burned out. Just stay away. Salary is very very less when compared to market for such roles and no growth here apart from working a lot. There are so many other companies, join them and skip this company for your own good and mental health. I'm already looking for a new job as in 4 years of my experience at this company in at the same position where I started first. 0% growth.
