Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not join as a Customer Manager. Here is no salary package. No promotion policy. No proper increment. Even after the service of 5 to 8 years you will remain as it is customer manager. The cM who are working from last 8 years doesn't crossed the package even if 3 lacks.
Here customer manager is like a labour. No time management. Daily galiya from BM, TM, daily 4 to 5 times con call, video call for harresment.
Do not join as a customer manager in sales and collection manager here. Partiality is the main key if you have a good relation with yours seniors then you surely get promotion and increment time to time. Otherwise don't hope.

Here the main key word is karna hai to karo warna paper daal do. No value of customer manager.

Instead of this company join other company like
Shriram
Berar
Fortune
IDFC
Fultron

They provide good package for exp and new joinee.
