Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Jana small finance bank is the worst bank it has lots of pressure and strict timings for morning only but evening closing some times will be 10 pm not for transaction, it's only for who's not achieving the day Target . The Chennai RH, and State head given the punishment to the employee would be stay in the branch till 10.30. If the employee not done the business from the customer , the RH vaithi told you have to put the own cash to do the business either employee name or the customer name. Most of the janabank employees getting salary and again given the salary to the janabank for achieving the targets. This is the worst bank I have ever seen especially Chennai region is very worst that RH is a very worst person most of the employees in Chennai branches are serving notice period .
