Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. came to our campus as a campus recruiter and was eagerly waiting to fill up the positions it came for. They needed people with decent experience and didn’t wanted to incur a lot of cost in their training.

The knack with campus interviews is you have friends who sat for the interview before you did and they come up with tips on what does the interviewer wants to listen. I had a first mover advantage as I already had an agile resume built around 10 Internship Experiences along with my Full-time MBA degree. I kept talking about how my Internship Experiences can help them fill their openings with the right person and also gave them a esteem of my learning and unlearning skill I adopted from my MBA and Internships in their very first question “Tell me about Yourself” and surprisingly that was the only question they asked me and I got selected.

The only advice that I would like to give to the job seekers is to be truly YOU while you sit for the interviews. Be action-oriented in your answers and let them know that you are there to learn, sometimes unlearn, and make their training costs lighter with your industry experiences
