Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They have called for interview many times,But the interview didnt happed on the dates mentioned by them.But you wont get any intimation regarding postpondment.You have to have patience.The interview intimation will come either on the previous day or on the same day.
The interview happened in online mode this time.There are 3 rounds for the interview.First was the panel interview by internal faculty members for about 20min.If shortlisted,next round was with the VC.Then comes the final roudn with DeanF&SA,Here come the actual salary negotiation.Dont expect a big hike if you are experienced.
If you are PhD and opting for Assistant Professor,you may get a decent salary,depending on other factors.If we accept the offer also, their response to the precdings will be littile bit dragging.whether you will get the offer is again a 100$ question.Because they will interview as many candidates as possible in various slots which spans across moths.So mere clearing the interview alone will not ensure a job there untill you will receive an offer letter.
