Job Title: BBA Faculty - Web Technologies, Data Warehousing & Data Mining, .NET Programming, Computer Networks & Information Security, DBMS

Position Summary: We are seeking highly qualified and dynamic faculty members to teach various undergraduate courses in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. The ideal candidates should have a strong academic background in the relevant subjects, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students to excel in the fast-evolving field of business and technology. The faculty members will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting practical sessions, evaluating students, and contributing to academic research.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Technologies:
   
• Teach courses related to web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, and others.
• Provide students with practical exposure to web development concepts, web design, and responsive design techniques.
• Develop and evaluate student projects on web development and ensure that students are proficient in creating and maintaining websites.
• Stay updated with current trends in web technologies and implement the latest tools and methods in the curriculum.
2. Data Warehousing and Data Mining:
   
• Teach students about data warehousing concepts, database management, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Instruct students in data mining techniques, including classification, clustering, regression, and association rules.
• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on tools and technologies used in data warehousing and mining such as SQL, OLAP, Hadoop, and others.
• Guide students in practical applications of data mining, helping them understand how to derive valuable insights from data.
3. .NET Programming:
   
• Teach .NET programming concepts, focusing on languages like C# and Visual Basic, as well as the .NET framework for developing business applications.
• Provide hands-on experience for students in developing Windows-based and web-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Instruct students in using IDEs (like Visual Studio) for .NET application development, along with debugging and deployment strategies.
• Assess student projects to ensure they grasp the concepts of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development using .NET.
4. Computer Networks & Information Security:
   
• Educate students on networking concepts, protocols, and technologies used in computer networks.
• Teach information security principles, including encryption, firewall management, risk analysis, and network security policies.
• Conduct practical sessions on securing networks, analyzing vulnerabilities, and using security tools.
• Stay abreast of developments in network technologies, cybersecurity threats, and solutions.
5. Database Management Systems (DBMS):
   
• Teach DBMS concepts, including database design, SQL queries, normalization, and data integrity.
• Guide students through practical experiences in relational database systems and ensure they gain proficiency in database management and administration.
• Implement case studies on optimizing database performance, backup and recovery processes, and handling large datasets.
• Update course materials and methods to reflect the latest trends in DBMS technologies, including NoSQL databases and cloud-based systems.

Required Qualifications:

• A Masters degree (MSc, MTech, or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in the respective subjects at an undergraduate level.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools, programming languages, and frameworks related to each subject.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students, along with an interest in continuous professional development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with online or blended learning platforms.
• Publication or research in the respective subject areas.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, etc.).
