Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: A group of 10 students were presented a case on population control mechanisms employed in various parts of the world. The group had to come to a conclusion based on the most suitable mechanism in terms of severity, non- violation of human rights etc.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: If you have a high CGPA and on top of it a "god-forbidden" foreign internship, they'd be more than dubious about your higher study plans. Be prepared to tackle questions about why not MBA/MS? Or even about GRE/CAT preparation.
Also, if the job profile is different from your core study area, they'll definitely ask the use of your past 4 years of study in your institute. Be prepared to defend yourself.
Besides this there were general HR questions which are asked in almost all the companies. There were no particular technical questions asked in the interview.
