Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Unprofessional Interview Experience.
I recently interviewed for the HR Executive role at INGSOL and had a very disappointing experience. The interview was conducted by an HR representative named Aditi, along with her senior HR. While the conversation started well, it quickly turned unprofessional. Aditi and her senior mocked my responses, criticized my resume in a degrading manner, and even yelled at me. To make matters worse, I could hear others laughing in the background when I struggled with a question.

This behavior was humiliating and completely unacceptable. Candidates deserve respect, not insults or mockery. I urge INGSOL to address this issue and ensure a more respectful and professional hiring process.
