Hi all,
I am from infosys indore with YOE - 12 as Technology Lead for application production support and operation with 14.25 fixed Ipa. I got offer from Accenture indore as associate manager for incident Management service with 20 Ipa fixed components. Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA
My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.)
Please advise what to choose.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't hesitate to answer anything that is in your mind. I wanted to answer more in my Indian navy Interview but I hesitated probably that was the reason I didn't selected for SSB. So be yourself don't hesitate to answer. Be confident and be yourself

Experience: A badge number was given to all the aspirants . 2-3 topics were given and discussion was carried out

The interview included long waiting hours.

Experience: The first round is about intelligence rating test, 2 sets of paper involving general apptitude for 25-30min each.
Second round is about picture perception shown for 30seconds. Then to write a story about the picture perceived 4 min.
Duration: 1 hour
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Story has to be narrated by each individual within a minute for person and then discussion for 2min.
Duration: 15 minutes
College Name: R V College oF Engineering
