Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview panel generally assess what is the output of the candidate in the institution during the period between last interview and the current one. They generally assess your performance during the period and weigh the potential

It is also noted that the Panel Members ask questions based on what is your last answer. The candidate should be aware of this and be careful while making replies. This is what I call steering the Panel. I found it successful.

Interview Preparation Tips

General Tips: Out dated now. IBPS Exam held on 15.8.71-Results announced 6pm on the same date. HR interview held on 16.8.71. Might have been observed my physical personality and ,manners. Questions were asked in English based on my subject knowledge, mathematical and communication skill. I was firm with replies with no hesitancy. For eg I was asked when your father was a Tamil Scholar, can you tell some lines in Kamba ramayanam, I replied No and when further questioned I retaliated that Gandhi's son is not like Gandhi. When another question was asked as to why you prefer Banking instead of Teaching (I have a B ed Degree) I replied I am craze in Banking - further teaching job is noble but not respective now a days. When I was countered by the Principal of the college who happened to be an interviewer, I said your car was broken by your own students some 5 days ago- do you say it is respectable. On 21.9.1971 I got appointment order advising me to join on 20.10.1971 in the first batch. Prior to this I attended interviews in SBI,& Canara Bank where I behaved so humble, but could not get a job despite my answering was good.
