Experience: Entrance Test was held followed by GD-PI round which held on another day. Shortlisted candidates were called for a round of Interview which was much easier to crack than the previous two exams.
Overall, the selection process was intensive. I would have given rating of 7.5/10.
Tips: If you are a banking aspirant please go for IBPS exams, although the competition is huge but as you get into it , job security which remains the major concern on major candidates' mind will be undoubtedly vanished.

If you are looking for good money making criteria, with talent in selling & service, ICICI Bank is the best place to work. But remember, not giving your 100% commitment to this company can lead you to total disaster and you can end up losing everything. Mind it!
