They have big training sessions of 45 days only for technical but once you depot to Field as TM then only commercial role is their to full fill the given targets by any mean.

Your Reporting Manager ASM will be your boss. Company deny the boss culture but it can’t be over in Hero this is in their Blood.

So if you have no option and compulsion to join Hero Moto Corp then my Friend be ready of Flatterism culture and Boss Culture other wise you will get out by any way from the company. I served 5 year and was a good performer but they asked me to leave because of my Manager.
