HeroMoto Corp is a very women friendly company, one of the safest place to work with and maintains a good work culture. Job Security is another key point which makes employees stick to the organisation for long. Also the fact that there is nothing as month closing with do or die because equally work load is divided throughout the month which is a major plus to be in the organisation in sales department.

Dislikes

...ff but that is hardly the case, ofcourse it varies from bosses and Area offices. Compensation and benefits is another non satisfactory area.

The kind of learning you get is enriching and it depends upon the person how to take away all the learnings to become a better and valuable employee at the end of the day. Hero gives you ample opportunities to prove, its a platform where you can experiment your skills in a market and come up with wonderful out of the box solutions which are really appreciated by the upper management if your ideas reach to them.

Dislikes

...amount they are paying to you and the amount of work they are taking from you. The in-hand salary(being the no.1 automobile two wheeler manufacturer in the world), which I guess, is the least in automobile industry, making it the major dissatisfaction parameter that every employee feels compared to the amount of work you are putting in.

Please join if you want to do outstation travel for 18-20 days with relatively less amount of TA and 10yrs old hotel policy. Unnecessary targets in service parameters. Planning department is here to remind you in which parameter you are not focusing not in how you should work. Unnecessary poking of CSPD. No work life balance. Now a days job security is not there. You have to give full explanation and you have to be responsible if you have not travelled in one month no matter you are down from health point of view or your closed person dies. Absolutely zero skill development program for field employee. If you don't have any option left then only join.

...tive aura there . However Management decided to mess it up. They announce VRS. VRS was not only targetted at some aged elederly people who are getting fat pay. Rather it was for full company. I have seen people with 5-7 months of experince being fired in name of VRS. There is no guarentee, frankly speaking, as to what they do and when they do. All the HOD's that were there have been fired ( under VRS) . All of them are at good places now but the thing is whatever people are there.... They even themselves dont know how long will they be there . They keep on talking about a VRS list that is coming. So better align yourself if you are going to join this company..... It is indeed a good company with beautiful people abd energetic environment bug what use it is of if the management is ready with a LIST of VRS every now and then.... Savdhaan Rahe Satark Rahe.....

6 days weeks..... But I have heard that 5 day week is going to be implemented there...
