It is an organisation that one should prefer if he/she is coming at higher end profiles.

Not good at initial stage, not good for learning, not good for salary structure and compensation, not good for growth

Nothing to like in this showroom they stole customers and staffs both

...to 7 but actually the time goes up 8 or 8:30 and some times is more than 8:30 And salary date is not fixed they only give salary when they have money and muharat likely to be 10th of every month to 15th of every month And after joining the duty in any department the owner said that you have to do all work in that salary

Learning opportunities are there. Wider role prospective etc. There is a sense of Work life balance, but purely depends on your reporting manager.

Dislikes

...ors will take all credit for good work and anything wrong will be blamed on you. Worst salary structure with no bench marking. Promotions are purely based on your relation with seniors and not how you have performed.

HeroMoto Corp is a very women friendly company, one of the safest place to work with and maintains a good work culture. Job Security is another key point which makes employees stick to the organisation for long. Also the fact that there is nothing as month closing with do or die because equally work load is divided throughout the month which is a major plus to be in the organisation in sales department.

Dislikes

...ff but that is hardly the case, ofcourse it varies from bosses and Area offices. Compensation and benefits is another non satisfactory area.

I really liked atmosphere and their system. The nature of employees and our senior were also good. That's why i would like work with hero moto corp again.

I don't think there was anything missing there. Everything is good but there was some salary issue.
