Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview questions were to the point. The interviewers didn’t want to waste their time or the interviewees’ time by asking random questions just for the sake of it. What they look for in an interviewee is if he/she is telling the truth in the resume or not. They ask mostly scenario based questions and ask less theoretical questions. Also they look for the Jill of learning in a candidate. Be confident, answer the questions directly without going in circles.
