Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was selected during the process of two round of interviews.And they sent me joining offer,But I didn't join as 1.Salary was way too low 2.Daily allowance low.3.No Traveling Allowance,No offer letter of detailed Salary.My only advice is when you are interviewing A experience candidate you should know his previous salary . Company is rater giving degrowth in salary.Nowadys Any pharma or non pharma starting salary is way higher than what GCC HR are offering.
